Bandera DPC provides personalized primary care covering 70-80% of everyday medical needs—including acute illness, chronic disease, and preventive care.

Common conditions managed include:

  • Asthma and allergies

  • Diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol

  • Reflux/heartburn

  • Behavioral health concerns

  • Urinary tract infections

  • Skin conditions

  • Joint and musculoskeletal pain

In-office procedures available:

  • Joint and soft tissue injections

  • Trigger point therapy and dry needling

  • Osteopathic manipulation

  • Battlefield acupuncture

  • Botox for chronic migraine

  • Skin procedures (biopsy, cyst/abscess drainage, laceration repair, cryotherapy, nail removal)

Preventive and wellness services:

  • Screening labs

  • School and sports physicals

  • Weight management (medications prescribed when medically appropriate)

Women’s health:

  • Pap smears and endometrial biopsy

  • Menopause care

  • Contraception (including IUD placement/removal and oral contraceptives)

Chronic opioid management is not provided.
